[DRAFT — Ted to review before launch.] The old site's privacy page was an unfinished placeholder, so this is a fresh minimal policy reflecting what the rebuilt app actually does.
If you create an account we store your name, company (optional), email address and the property calculations you choose to save. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication — we never see or store them ourselves.
Your details are used solely to operate your account: signing you in, verifying your email, resetting your password and storing your saved calculations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud, EU region). You can delete saved calculations at any time from “My calculations”. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove it along with all stored data.
We use the cookies/local storage required for sign-in sessions, plus Google Analytics to understand how the calculator is used (visitor numbers, pages, general location, device type). No advertising trackers.
